- Busy, Well-Established, Insurance-Approved Bodyshop
- Sourcing and ordering parts for vehicle repairs
- Managing inventory and ensuring stock accuracy
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Coordinating with bodyshop technicians to meet repair schedules
- Maintaining accurate documentation for parts orders and deliveries
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the Transport Manager and team with administrative tasks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Eye for detail and quality awareness
- Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate (experience with MS Office and parts systems desirable)
- Automotive parts or bodyshop experience desirable but not essential
