Salary: £32K+ DOE + Overtime paid at 1.5x
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Additional Hours when required + Seasonal weekend rota)Holt Automotive is recruiting on behalf of a family-run agricultural dealership for an Experienced Parts Advisor. If you have a background in parts, agricultural machinery or automotive vehicles and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and dedicated team.Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer parts requirements via in-store, phone, or email, using online systems.
- Process sales orders and invoicing using Dealer Management System (Ibcos Gold).
- Manage stock: receiving deliveries, organising returns, and participating in stock-taking programs.
- Pre-pick parts and maintain department cleanliness and safety.
- Support general operations, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate stock location.
- Strong customer communication and telephone skills.
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery or automotive vehicles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Ibcos Gold (preferred but not essential, training provided).
- Competitive hourly rate (Flexible DOE)
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
