- Master of Credits & Returns: Handle goods in and out, ensuring seamless credit and return processes in a busy parts environment.
- Liaise Like a Pro: Work with manufacturers to resolve issues, manage credits, and tackle customer queries with confidence.
- Customer Champion: Use your stellar telephone manner to keep customers happy and informed.
- Team Player: Support your colleagues with a can-do attitude, contributing to a positive and productive workplace.
- Tech-Savvy: Navigate automotive Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like a pro, with experience in systems like Kerridge or Pinnacle being a bonus.

- Tech Know-How: Strong computer literacy, with experience using automotive DMS systems (Pinnacle experience is a plus, but not essential).
