- Define and communicate both short- and long-term strategies, operational budgets, and financial plans across all areas of the region, ensuring alignment with the brand's overall strategy.
- Deliver financial analyses, reporting, and follow-ups to identify future business needs and opportunities.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy in planning, service levels, and operational efficiency in line with annual, monthly, and weekly budgets and company objectives.
- Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop Area Teams, providing guidance on controlling-related matters and collaborating with Talent Management to support succession planning.
- Support and coach Area Teams in aligning sales planning and scheduling to enhance efficiency and elevate the customer experience.
- Work closely with HR on staffing, recruitment, and training initiatives to ensure operational excellence and a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with Concept Merchandisers to guide Area Teams in driving commercial performance and reducing markdown costs in stores.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with relevant departments within the central COS organisation and the H&M Group to optimise and grow the business through store channels.
- Proven experience in controlling or a similar analytical role.
- Preferably experienced in retail store operations.
- Demonstrated success in a senior leadership position, with the ability to plan strategically and inspire teams with a clear vision.
- Strong sales orientation and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence others.
- Collaborative team player with a track record of building strong working relationships.
- Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proactive and able to take initiative independently.
- Highly analytical and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, advance in Excel
- Preferably previous experience working with PowerBI
