- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support regional and global business strategies.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance.
- Manage audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
- Provide financial insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Support the integration of financial systems and processes across the region.
- A professional qualification in accounting, such as ACA
- Proven experience in financial management within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
- Strong knowledge of German financial regulations and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Fluency in both English and German.
- Competitive base salary range of £80k - £105k
