It's a hands-on, outcomes-focused role, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and knows how to drive results.If you've got experience across both large FMCGs and agile, high-growth brands, and you're excited by the idea of landing wins, building momentum, and leaving a legacy, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:During this maternity cover, you will:Take the reins of our Grocery & Convenience channel, owning strategy, execution, and P&L across major UK and Irish retailersLead from the front, managing a key grocery account while coaching and empowering a high-performing teamDrive growth through smart, creative commercial plans - from JBPs to NPD launches, trade marketing, and revenue managementSpot and seize opportunities in white space channels such as Convenience, Q-commerce, and DiscountersBuild powerful relationships with buyers, category managers, and supply chain teams to unlock value and momentumCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, and S&OP teams to ensure flawless execution and forecastingBe a commercial voice at the table, contributing to leadership forums and shaping how we win in GroceryLeave a legacy - this isn't just about keeping the seat warm.
