- Support the Regional Facilities Manager in day-to-day site operations, ensuring services run smoothly and safely.
- Assist in managing facilities services, including Security, Cleaning, H&S, Environmental, Maintenance, Space Management, and Office Services to client standards.
- Provide support to business units and manage the site Facilities team effectively.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, invoice queries, and fixed asset control.
- Assist with site security management, liaising with contractors and maintaining systems such as access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, and barriers.
- Support incident control and business continuity planning, including space requirements for each business unit.
- Ensure compliance with security, H&S, and client operational procedures at all times.
- Experience in Facilities Management or senior administrative roles
- Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication with all levels
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
- Attention to detail, discretion, and professional integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT tools
- Team player with strong people and customer liaison skills
