- Support and coordinate all FM services to ensure a “ready for business” standard with minimal impact on staff.
- Maintain excellent relationships with the client, suppliers, and visitors, promoting high customer service standards.
- Ensure meeting rooms and designated areas are clean, tidy, well-stocked, and fully equipped, meeting required standards.
- Log all reactive tasks via the ISS Helpdesk and proactively identify and report H&S hazards.
- Assist with staff support, including floor orientation, equipment induction, and handling queries or reservation changes.
- Maintain accurate records for quality, cost control, and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, sharing best practices and supporting team consistency and professional image.
- Proven experience in a customer service or corporate hospitality environment with a professional front-of-house presence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage effectively at all levels.
- Self-disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently while making informed decisions.
- Flexible and adaptable approach with a positive, customer-focused “Can Do” attitude.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and IT systems, including AV equipment, internet, and printers.
- Maintains a high standard of personal appearance and professionalism at all times.
