- Manage customer communication across email, phone, WhatsApp, and live chat.
- Process orders with precision and speed.
- Work closely with the projects team to keep everything running smoothly and on time.
- Bring warmth and personality back into customer service - no robotic replies here!
- Join a small but mighty team of four, connected with a wider family of 10-12 colleagues.
- Enjoy a flexible, friendly office environment with core hours roughly 7/8 am to 4/5 pm, and early finish on Fridays at 3 pm.
- A superstar communicator with excellent phone and email manners.
