- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance, and policy matters
- Support the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to disciplinary and exit processes
- Coach and empower line managers to build high-performing teams aligned with GXO values
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics including headcount, turnover, and absence
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and contribute to the Site People Plan
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards this
- Strong ER casework background with solid knowledge of UK employment law
- Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor/Officer role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
