£27500 per annumAre you a detail-driven professional with a flair for coordination and communication? A leading consultancy within the built environment sector is seeking a Bid Assistant to join their dynamic team in London.About the RoleThis is a varied and fast-paced position where you’ll work closely with the Bids Co-ordinator, Practice Director, Project Managers, and the wider Business Support Team. You’ll play a key role in driving projects from initial enquiry through to successful bid submission and handover to the delivery team.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate tender activities from expression of interest to final submissionReview bid documentation and identify key requirements and deadlinesCollaborate with technical teams to ensure bid responses are tailored and completeProofread and format submission documents to a high standardSupport the creation of marketing and presentation materialsMaintain accurate records and supporting documentationLiaise with internal teams for invoicing and compliance documentationWhat We’re Looking ForEssential Skills:Excellent written and verbal communicationStrong copywriting and editing skillsHighly organised with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office and OutlookPrevious experience in a bid coordination or similar roleDesirable Skills:Experience in marketing, business development, or bid writingBackground in engineering, architecture, or consultancy sectorsFamiliarity with databases and document management systemsCalm under pressure and able to work independentlyWhy Apply?Join a collaborative and supportive teamGain exposure to high-profile projects in the built environment sectorOpportunity for the role to become permanentDevelop your career in a respected and growing consultancy
