- Maintain an excellent level of customer service
- Managing Field Engineers diaries and booking appointments
- Ensure SLAs are adhered to
- Updating customer portals
- Providing quotations to customers and following up
- Producing and sending out invoices
- Keep the system up to date and create new customer profiles
- Raise more complex problems with the Technical Team and Senior Service Account Manager
- Strong communication skills
- Diary Management experience
- IT Literate
- Strong experience in a similar busy and fast paced office environment
- Relevant telephone based customer service experience
- Previous account management or engineer diary management in service
- Excellent attention to detail
