- To promote and sell service contract sales, remarketing sales & refurbished sales (PLM) in line with the agreed time parameters.
- To ensure customer satisfaction is always achieved.
- Achieve Service Contract sales on equipment going out of warranty, previously lost contracts and with contracts due to expire.
- Attend internal/ external sales meetings to promote our products to customers.
- Oversee the lifecycle of service contracts from negotiation, cover and price and issue of contract through servicing to renewal stage.
- Attend customer meetings with equipment field sales teams to promote service contracts and help close sales on service products.
- Work directly with sales contracts teams to increase contracts coverage with profitability target.
- Analyse database to find new opportunities to promote and sell lifecycle management.
- Understand customer needs in the marketplace and competitor feedback into TG.
- Secure trade in volumes for HQ, selling surplus stock and non-TG equipment to a network of preferred local traders, negotiating price and payment conditions.
- Accountable for customer retention of existing service contracts.
- Responsible for the accuracy of the contract and equipment databases in the business systems, initiating actions to improve and maintain the data.
- Produce business & customer reports on all aspects of service contracts when required.
- Compilation and management of accurate management reports of the services sales pipeline; revenue, forecast, penetration, losses and gains.
- Produce management reports on all aspects of service and remarketing sales when required
- Collaborates with the subsidiary team to develop sales of Refurbished equipment in the country to achieve the assigned target
- Collaborates with the Logistics department to co-ordinate the removal of equipment
- Manage chosen Remarketing suppliers to key KPIs
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Experience in multinational companies with a matrix organization
- Ability to manage clients' requests
- Knowledge of ERP systems and database functionalities - SAP/Salesforce/ServiceMax would be a plus
- Experience in managing service contract terms and conditions
- Knowledge of after-sales activities, warranty costs and related management skills
- Experience in managing client requests and complaints
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques
