
Executive and Personal Assistant - Family Office, Soho (1 Year Maternity Cover)

- Full diary management and forward planning for both Principals
- Coordinating national and international travel arrangements and producing detailed itineraries
- Organising meetings, lunches, dinners, and family-related events
- Managing and reconciling credit cards and processing personal bills
- Handling ad hoc private tasks including errands, appointments, and household liaison
- Supporting with Trust-owned property management (liaising with builders, suppliers, maintenance teams)
- Preparing correspondence, drafting documents, and minute-taking
- Research, project support, and general administrative duties
- Acting as the gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Ideally 5+ years’ experience supporting senior figures in a Family Office or UHNW environment
- Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Utterly professional, discreet, and reliable with excellent judgement
- A confident communicator, both written and verbal, with flawless grammar
- Resilient, unflappable, and able to multitask at pace
- Warm, personable, and proactive with a collaborative, team-first approach
- High proficiency in MS Office and general tech-savviness
