An exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders at a high-performing, independent executive search firm. Working across a range of prestigious clients, this role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment. You'll join a collaborative team with a supportive office culture, ideally bringing 10+ years of stable EA experience—preferably within executive search or a similar high-level settingEXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO FOUNDER ROLE:
- Providing full EA support to two Principals and offering ad-hoc support to a wider team of consultants
- Managing diaries extensively, coordinating meetings, lunches, video calls, conferences, travel and other arrangements with clients and candidates
- Preparing documents including candidate reports, references, client updates, longlists, shortlists and client correspondence such as proposals and engagement letters
- Planning regular events and coordinating logistics
- Preparing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Utilising the firm’s database to manage assignments, update records and retrieve information
- Sharing general office administrative duties and liaising with service providers such as IT, phones, deliveries and building management
- Meeting and greeting clients and candidates in a professional manner
- Providing cover for other EAs during holidays and periods of absence
- Learning new tasks quickly, supporting various people and projects simultaneously and managing a demanding workload
- Minimum 10 years of stable Executive Assistant experience in Executive Search
- Being confident, professional and ambitious
- Using Microsoft 365 at an advanced level
- Communicating with excellent written and verbal English
- Demonstrating a clear and effective communication style
- Holding existing UK working rights
- Displaying the highest levels of tact and discretion
- Dealing confidently with changing priorities and last-minute changes
- Demonstrating high attention to detail
- 3 days in office
