  • Provide tailored support to pupils, both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
  • Assist with classroom setup and the preparation of learning materials.
  • Encourage and develop pupils' independence, communication, and social skills.
  • Monitor student progress and report back to the class teacher.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external professionals.
  • Supervise pupils during break and lunch periods.
  • Ensure all safeguarding protocols are followed to guarantee pupil safety and wellbeing.
What We're Looking For
  • The legal right to work in the UK.
  • A valid Child DBS on the update service.
  • Prior experience working with children or young people, with a preference for an SEN setting.
