- Work 1:1 and in small groups with identified KS3 students, delivering targeted interventions to support behaviour and emotional regulation.
- Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to promote positive behaviour strategies within the classroom.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students, listening to their needs and providing structured support.
- Use adaptive strategies to manage challenging behaviours, ensuring students remain engaged and make academic and personal progress.
- Develop, set, and monitor individual behaviour improvement plans, working closely with the pastoral team and parents when required.
- Experience working with Key Stage 3 students with SEN and behavioural needs in a school or similar setting.
- A relevant qualification in Education, Psychology, Health and Social Care, SEN, or Behaviour Support is desirable, Level 3 as a minimum.
- A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach to working with young people.
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
- Ability to converse with Senior Leaders and Next of Kins.
