Teaching Assistant - MacclesfieldAre you a caring and committed individual looking to make a difference in a school setting? These roles offer a fantastic opportunity to work with children of all abilities, gain valuable experience, and become part of a supportive school community.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
  • Assist pupils with their learning in small groups or on a 1:1 basis when required
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to classroom organisation and preparation of learning materials
  • Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff
Role Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting
  • A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility, patience, and a proactive attitude
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Right to work in the UK
