If you're passionate about people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love the idea of shaping the future of retail HR, wouldWhat You'll Be DoingAs HR Coordinator you'll partner with Regional and Store Managers, offering expert advice and support across all things people-from employee relations and performance management to engagement and change projects. You'll champion best practice and lead on upskilling store managers. Your duties as HR Coordinator will include:
  • Develop and maintain strong and trusted partnerships with Store Managers
  • Support Employee Relations cases including disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace investigations
  • Participate in projects across areas such as Employee Relations, Reward, L&D, Change Projects and Engagement
  • Support the wider team in delivering key People projects
  • Ensure People Policies, processes and initiatives are effectively communicated and embedded into the way we work
What you'll needAs HR Coordinator you be comfortable influencing stakeholders, have a good understanding of ER and it would be great if you had some experience working on a variety of cases. We're looking for someone who brings a mix of confidence, compassion, and commercial savvy. You're a natural relationship builder, a proactive problem-solver, and someone who thrives on making a difference. You'll be comfortable working independently, influencing stakeholders, and juggling multiple priorities.This role is perfect for someone keen to continue their HR career in a growing business that truly values its people.
