- Pricing & Inventory Management: Manage pricing and inventory to optimise revenue.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market demand and competitor activities.
- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
- Demonstrated success in a revenue management role, preferably with experience in multi-unit and multi-market positions within the hotel industry.
- A tenacious individual who thrives on competition and is driven to achieve challenging goals.
- Strong understanding of revenue management systems and business analysis tools.
- Experience in coaching and developing hotel teams to drive revenue capture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with hotel teams and senior managers.
