We're actively searching for a talented and driven Reporting Lead to join our Finance team and take on a crucial role in this transformative process.About the roleAs the Reporting Lead within the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and optimisation of reporting solutions in Oracle Fusion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that reporting requirements are effectively translated into deliverables.   • Reporting Strategy Development: Lead the design and development of a comprehensive reporting strategy aligned with the objectives of the finance transformation programme.
  • Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Report Development: Oversee the development of standard and ad-hoc reports, leveraging Oracle Fusion reporting tools and technologies.
  • Data Analysis and Visualisation: Opportunity to develop visually appealing dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial reports and analysis.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the reporting function. Implement enhancements to increase efficiency, scalability, and usability.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and processes. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on best practices for report creation.
  • Change Management: Support change management initiatives by communicating updates, providing guidance, and addressing concerns related to reporting changes during the finance transformation.
You will also be working with several business readiness teams:Existing commercial and operational finance teams
  • Change management and adoption team ensuring we have the appropriate training for all users
  • Data migration team to ensure we have accurate data migrating into the new system
  • Existing commercial and operational finance team
About You
  • Extensive experience in financial reporting, analysis, and/or accounting roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems, and in particular with Oracle EPM, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), or other reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate financial reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organisation.
  • Proven track record of leading reporting projects or initiatives, from requirements gathering to implementation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
