Job Description:Change Lead - Finance Transformation (Oracle Fusion)NEXT is a leading retailer dedicated to innovation and excellence. As part of our strategic initiatives, we are undergoing a significant finance transformation, transitioning to Oracle Fusion. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Change Lead to spearhead the change management efforts and ensure successful adoption of Oracle Fusion within our Finance function.About the roleThe Change Lead will play a critical role in driving organisational change and ensuring seamless transition to Oracle Fusion. Reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation,You will develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and interventions to facilitate user adoption and maximise the benefits of the finance transformation initiative.Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and interventions to support the adoption of Oracle Fusion within the Finance function.
  • Lead change impact assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities associated with the finance transformation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate the vision, objectives, and benefits of the finance transformation initiative.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, change champions and project team members throughout the implementation process.
  • Monitor and measure change progress, adoption rates, and user feedback. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to promote buy-in and alignment with the finance transformation goals.
  • Act as a champion for change management best practices and methodologies. Share knowledge and expertise with team members to build change management capabilities within the organisation.
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs, workshops, and materials to build competency and confidence in using Oracle Fusion.
Criteria
  • Extensive experience in change management, organisational development, or related roles, preferably in finance or ERP implementations.
  • Proven track record of leading successful change management initiatives in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion or other ERP systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Change Management, Organisational Psychology, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Prosci, Change Management Institute) preferred.
  • Professional certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, Change Management Institute) is desirable.
