- Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and interventions to support the adoption of Oracle Fusion within the Finance function.
- Lead change impact assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities associated with the finance transformation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate the vision, objectives, and benefits of the finance transformation initiative.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, change champions and project team members throughout the implementation process.
- Monitor and measure change progress, adoption rates, and user feedback. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to promote buy-in and alignment with the finance transformation goals.
- Act as a champion for change management best practices and methodologies. Share knowledge and expertise with team members to build change management capabilities within the organisation.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs, workshops, and materials to build competency and confidence in using Oracle Fusion.
- Extensive experience in change management, organisational development, or related roles, preferably in finance or ERP implementations.
- Proven track record of leading successful change management initiatives in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion or other ERP systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Change Management, Organisational Psychology, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Prosci, Change Management Institute) preferred.
- Professional certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, Change Management Institute) is desirable.
