This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy, commercial environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the HR database with accuracy and confidentiality
- Track employee absence and performance metrics
- Prepare new starter documentation and onboarding packs
- Draft and issue offer letters and contracts
- Organise and issue travel packs for staff
- Collate and submit payroll information to finance
- Support recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, and interview coordination
- Assist with employee relations and general HR queries
- Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with GDPR
- Support with training coordination and record-keeping
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A flexible and positive attitude
- This is a temporary ongoing position with potential for extension
