HR Administrator - Temporary Ongoing Position
Location: West Hull
Hours: Full-time or Part-time applications welcome
Sector: Fast-paced Commercial BusinessAre you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for HR? Join our dynamic team in West Hull and play a key role in supporting our people operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy, commercial environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the HR database with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Track employee absence and performance metrics
  • Prepare new starter documentation and onboarding packs
  • Draft and issue offer letters and contracts
  • Organise and issue travel packs for staff
  • Collate and submit payroll information to finance
  • Support recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, and interview coordination
  • Assist with employee relations and general HR queries
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with GDPR
  • Support with training coordination and record-keeping
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A flexible and positive attitude
