
HR Admin 12m FTC

- Support the HR Advisor with day-to-day activity surrounding recruitment, ER and admin
- Manage any Exit Interviews
- Management of the HR database ensuring all information is up to date and compliant
- Process any new starters and leavers
- Support on employee inductions
- Ownership of all employee checks including references, new starter packs, right to work and DBS checks
- Manage the probation tracker
- Support with any HR projects such as employee recognition and engagement activities
- Note-take in any Employee Relations meetings
- Support on any payroll processing as required
- Experience of working as a HR Administrator within a busy business
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or relevant experience
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Good relationship building skills with managers at all levels
- Good data management skills
- 9 – 12 month FTC
- Full-time or part-time
- £25,000 FTE
- Pension: 3% employer, 5% employee
