This is a permanent receptionist role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as a range of administrative duties.Main duties of the jobAs a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be on offering professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home. You will be responsible for answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and recording messages. You will also be required to complete reception-related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative assistance as needed by the General Manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with the Housekeeping team to ensure standards are maintained.
