Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an international PE backed business to take on an Accounts Assistant on a full-time and permanent basis.You will manage the purchase ledger, process invoices, and build strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders to support accurate and timely financial operations.Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices in both the accounting and invoice approval systems
- Building relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders
- Handling supplier queries and resolving issues
- Assisting with mid and end of month payment runs
- Assisting in the improvement of purchase ledger processes
- Reconciling bank and supplier statements
- Support the Financial Controller and wider finance team during month-end close
- Understanding of general accounting procedures
- Proficient in Sage 50 and ERP systems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
