- Extensive experience of digital and data programme and portfolio design, planning and delivery, and business planning processes
- Experience of working with external resources from suppliers as well as in-house teams to delivery coherent joined up programmes of wor
- Experience of applying innovation and ideation approaches, to generate and develop new solutions that can be practically applied to the benefit of the organisation
- Experience in complex stakeholder management and engagement within, and across, organisations, including effective commination up to Board level
- Experience of presenting complex and sensitive information to key stakeholders and groups
- Experience of programme performance reporting, benefits management and realisation
- Experience of budgetary responsible, including budget setting with evidence of working knowledge of financial processes
- Experience of ensuring value for money and providing transparency around financial costs and benefits
- Experience of risk and issue management, including applying mitigations and other actions to secure benefits where these have been in jeopardy
- Experience of managing contractual change control processes including supporting the development and review of business cases, and reviewing contract documentation
- Experience of working effectively with professional advisors such as lawyers, procurement specialists and commercial advisors
- In-depth experience of staff line management and team management, including development, appraisal and achieving results through others
- Good working knowledge of the NHS and the work of a community Trust
- Strategic procurement experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills - ability to engage with all levels of staff, and lead, as well as contribute in, meetings
