Its delivery will rely not only on innovative engineering and construction but also on the most vital
Leadership qualities among its senior leadership team. The role is to provide leadership to the project
controls across the CWA to ensure the effective delivery of the entire Civils Programme of SZC while
recognising and influencing the programme's impacts on the more comprehensive Project.
The Change Manager's role is to implement the strategy, managing, and maintaining change within the
agreed constraints on one or more Sections of the project, including change for programme, design, time
and cost. This post will ensure that control is in accordance with all safety, quality, time, and cost
parameters to meet the project's needs for change, ensure it is implemented and track the changes within
the project.
The Change Manager reports directly into the Head of Project Controls, as part of the CWA wide PMOWho we're looking forSkills

Qualifications & Experience
- At least 12-15 years leading project controls on complex and mega infrastructure projects and programmes of
- APM PMQ, APMG Project Planning and Control Practitioner or equivalent
- MRISC preferred.
- Experience running contract, cost and EVM systems e.g., PRISM, Unifier and InEight
- 25 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
