Working alongside the Managing Director you will be overseeing the smooth running of the office. Duties will include:
- Ensuring the day to day workload of a small team is planned in and completed
- Assisting the MD with aspects of ISO, Health and Safety and HR
- Updating supplier and subcontractor information ensuring all relevant paperwork is in place
- Updating systems and processes on an ongoing basis
- Liaising with customers, assisting with any issues
- Creating reports and other general administration
- Previous experience in a similar Office Manager, Admin Manager or Supervisor role
- Experience managing a small team
- Experience of implementing and maintaining systems and processes
- Previous experience working with audits and the maintenance of internal system such as ISO or Health and Safety would be beneficial
- Comfortable using Word, Excel, outlook and Teams
- Confident and assertive with excellent people management skills
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- A salary of £28,000
