  • Supporting pupils with SEN including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), learning difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs
  • Assisting teachers in the delivery of lessons and activities tailored to individual needs
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to promote learning and independence
  • Helping manage behaviour positively and encouraging social development
  • Collaborating with staff and therapists to meet pupils' holistic needs
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience working with children, ideally in SEN or related settings (not essential but preferred)
  • Compassion, empathy, and a positive, flexible approach
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to supporting pupil wellbeing and development
  • Willingness to undertake training and DBS clearance (or have an existing DBS)
