- The Planning Executive will support the planning & hub team in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, local market teams, and agency partners. They demonstrate professionalism in client interactions, actively listen during meetings, and communicate clearly and effectively. They focus on developing a foundational understanding of client communication and relationship building.

- Develop a foundational understanding of the agency's business model, financial practices, and the commercial implications of media planning decisions. The Planning AE will learn about project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, demonstrating financial awareness and responsibility. They assist in tracking project expenses and begin to understand client contracts and pricing models.
- Support the planning team by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to inform media planning decisions. The Planning AE will develop proficiency in using data and analytics tools and techniques, interpreting data to identify trends and insights. They support the team with campaign activation, working with specialist teams, the creative team, and clients to ensure the campaign goes live smoothly. They will contribute to campaign reporting and measurement.
- Develop a foundational understanding of media planning principles, demonstrating a basic understanding of different media channels, target audiences, and campaign objectives. They assist in developing media plans, conducting research, and analyzing data to support planning decisions. They show a willingness to learn and apply core planning concepts.
- Develop a working knowledge of agency systems and technologies relevant to media planning, complying with training requirements and demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes. They actively participate in training and development opportunities, seeking to expand their skillset and contribute to a culture of innovation within the agency.
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of European media landscapes: eagerness to quickly grasp market nuances, local media planning methodologies, and the rationale behind individual market media plans. Proactively identify and share best practices across the network.

- Attention to detail - the Account Executive is the guardian of brand plans and is responsible for making sure they are accurate and updated in a timely manner.
- They have relevant experience and/or educational qualifications. Qualifications in the fields of business, marketing, or media would be beneficial.
- An understanding of and interest in media and the broader advertising industry.
- They are curious about human behaviours and psychology, and the role that Marketing can play in influencing purchase decisions and building strong, future-proof brands.
- Proficient in the use of software including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and can demonstrate an experience using data and analytical tools to identify trends and insights.
- Show an understanding and interest in foundational AI and its application within media and creative.
