Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentTSR Legal are currently working in partnership with a well-established, client-focused law firm based in Cardiff, who are seeking a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their dedicated residential property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in conveyancing support who is looking to further their career within a reputable and growing firm.About the Role:You will play a key role in supporting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post-completion. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Assisting with the day-to-day management of conveyancing files, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equityPreparing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and completion statementsLiaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitorsCarrying out Land Registry and property searchesManaging post-completion tasks including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applicationsOpening and closing files, ensuring compliance with firm procedures and regulatory standardsProviding general administrative support to the fee earner and wider teamThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Minimum 12 months' experience in a conveyancing support role (essential)Familiarity with the full conveyancing process and terminologyExcellent communication skills and a professional telephone mannerStrong IT skills, with experience using case management systemsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamA proactive, organised approach and high attention to detailWhat's on Offer:Competitive salary, dependent on experienceA friendly and supportive working environmentOpportunities for progression within a well-regarded firmConvenient central Cardiff locationThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about conveyancing to develop their legal career within a highly respected, forward-thinking practice.To Apply:
