Start Date: September 2025Calling all confident communicators and aspiring educators! Secondary schools across Wirral are actively looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join their teams in September.As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining continuity in students' education when teachers are absent. You won't need to plan or mark - your focus is to deliver set work and ensure student engagement and classroom order.Why join our team?

- Supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
- Ensuring set work is completed and managing classroom behaviour.
- Providing clear instructions to students at the start of lessons.
- Responding to general questions and offering assistance where needed.
- Managing classroom discipline and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Reporting back to teachers on student progress and behaviour.
- Previous experience working with young people (in school, coaching, youth work, tutoring, etc.)
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A calm, assertive, and professional approach.
- Adaptability and confidence to manage different classrooms and subjects.
- A degree or Level 3 qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
