Role type: We offer both Full and Part time roles.We are seeking proactive and motivated Cover Supervisors to support schools across the Wirral. This is a brilliant opportunity to gain diverse experience in different school environments, working with students of all ages and abilities.Your duties will include:
- Leading lessons and delivering pre-set work from absent teachers.
- Creating a positive and respectful learning atmosphere for all students.
- Effectively managing classroom behaviour and encouraging student participation.
- Providing one-on-one support to students where needed.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students in your care.
- Must-haves: A positive can-do attitude, resilience, and excellent organisational skills.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, classroom management skills, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Qualifications: A degree is beneficial, but we also welcome applications from individuals with significant experience working with young people.
- Experience: Previous experience in a school or similar educational setting is essential.
