- Lead the day-to-day running of client accounts, ensuring flawless execution and delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a key contact and providing proactive, strategic counsel.
- Translate complex scientific information into compelling, audience-relevant content across multiple channels.
- Drive the development and implementation of impactful campaigns that span media relations, KOL engagement, patient advocacy, social activations, digital content, and thought leadership.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver integrated communications solutions.
- Support issues preparedness and reputation management efforts as needed.
- Contribute to the management of client budgets, overseeing budget development, tracking, billing and communications.
- Stay abreast of regulatory environment and ensure compliance in all deliverables (e.g., EFPIA, ABPI, FDA, etc.).
- Champion and mentor junior team members, providing clear guidance, feedback, and support.
- Contribute to a positive team culture that encourages innovation, inclusion, collaboration, and high performance.
- Support new business pitches and organic growth by contributing ideas, insights, and content.
- Stay up to date on healthcare trends, media landscape, and regulatory developments relevant to client work.
- Experience supporting or interest in health tech clients an advantage, ideally within an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech industry, regulatory environment, and key audiences
- Confident in handling media relations and stakeholder engagement
- Proven experience managing integrated campaigns, particularly across social and digital platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Able to think innovatively around the use of AI in communications strategies
