2. Quotes: Prepare quotes and sales orders within agreed deadlines
3. Customer Record Management: Maintain organised and up-to-date customer records to support effective account management via email and phone
4. Customer Support: Build relationships with new and existing customers, providing technical advice as needed and resolving customer enquiries satisfactorily, conducting follow up calls as necessary
5. Administrative Support: Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team, encompassing scheduling, correspondence, and document management, managing email inboxes efficiently
6. Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective interaction with customers and internal teams.
7. Software Utilisation: Utilise SAGE and CRM software to manage customer information, track sales activities and performance, and support sales representatives.
8. Problem-solving: Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues, fostering customer satisfaction.
9. Metrics and Spreadsheets: Track and analyse sales metrics using spreadsheets and other tools to measure and report sales performance
Technical training will be offered as appropriateRequirements:
Maths and English GCSE pass
Minimum 2 years working in a sales admin role
Sales order processing experience
Experience working with an ERP system before such as Sage, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft dynamics to name a few
Experience working with and creating sales reports
Good written and verbal communication skills
