💡 What you'll be doing:
- Supporting pupils' learning, development and confidence throughout the school day
- Working closely with class teachers to create a fun and engaging learning environment
- Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support
- Encouraging independence, creativity and emotional wellbeing
- Helping pupils feel safe, valued and motivated to succeed
- Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils and colleagues
- Experienced in working with children (in school or a similar setting)
- A positive, proactive team player with a can-do attitude
- A clear communicator who can adapt to different situations
- Patient, flexible and genuinely passionate about helping young people thrive
