- Supporting pupils' learning, development, and confidence across the school day
- Working alongside class teachers to create a fun and engaging learning environment
- Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support
- Encouraging children's independence and emotional wellbeing
- Helping pupils feel safe, valued, and empowered to succeed
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and colleagues
- Has experience working with children (in school or similar settings)
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude
- Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team
- Is flexible, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with young people
