We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and flexible care navigation supervisor, with excellent interpersonal skills, to join our fantastic team at Derby Road Surgery in Ipswich.The vacancy is offered on a part-time basis for 20.25 hours a week. The days and hours are as follows, however, this may be negotiable for the right candidate;Thursday 8:00-18:30Friday 7:45-18.30Main duties of the job
  • Provide leadership to the care navigator/reception team.
  • Deal with any escalated queries and requests from patients or team.
  • Ensure scanning and filling is up to date.
  • Assist the practice manager with any complaints.
  • Manage the reception rota arranging cover for absences.
  • Support the induction and training of new employees.
  • Carry out start and end of day procedures, ensure team follow procedures.
Flexibility is crucial to accommodate training, holidays and occasional sickness.We plan to hold interviews w/c 15th September 2025.About usDerby Road Surgery supports in excess of 19,000 patients from a diverse range of backgrounds.
