- Acting as the primary point of contact for client relationships, building trust and long-term partnerships
- Managing account delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs
- Leading Quarterly Business Reviews and presenting performance insights to senior stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across client accounts
- Identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cross-selling additional services
- Using data and analytics to provide actionable insights and influence decision-making
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients and ensuring seamless transitions into BAU operations
- Contributing to contract renewals and retention strategies
- Knowledge of the agency workforce/MPS/neutral vendor sector (highly desirable)
- Strong background in client relationship management/account management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Commercial acumen with proven ability to manage revenue and profitability
- Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical and reporting skills
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Salary: £50,000 - £62,000 (depending on experience)
