  • Supporting the delivery of high-quality lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2
  • Leading small group interventions and occasionally covering whole-class teaching
  • Assisting with planning, preparation, and assessment under the guidance of class teachers
  • Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a nurturing learning environment
  • Contributing to extra-curricular activities, school events, and enrichment opportunities
  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff to ensure inclusive learning for all pupils
The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Holds HLTA status or equivalent qualification (or is working towards it)
  • Has experience working in a primary school setting
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
  • Is confident delivering lessons and interventions independently
  • Have a positive attitude, a growth mindset, and a commitment to ongoing CPD
