We are currently seeking a reliable and flexible HLTA to work across schools in Slough from 8am – 4pm. This position is ideal for an HLTA who enjoys variety, supporting different year groups, and assisting teachers in delivering lessons and managing classrooms.As an HLTA, you will help deliver pre-set lessons, support pupils’ learning, and assist with behaviour management. The role of an HLTA requires confidence, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education.Whether you are an experienced HLTA or looking to gain further experience in a school setting, we would love to hear from you. This is a great opportunity for an HLTA who wants regular, rewarding work in local schools.Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
