Deliver engaging and differentiated learning activities across the primary age range, in line with teacher planning
Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, including those with SEND or EAL needs
Take responsibility for whole-class teaching during teacher PPA time or absence
Support the creation of a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress and adapt support accordingly
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families to promote wellbeing and academic success
Contribute to the wider school community through clubs, events, and enrichment opportunities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold HLTA status or be working towards it (essential)
Have experience working in a primary school setting across different key stages
Be patient, empathetic, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for supporting learning
Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding, inclusive practice, and child wellbeing
Possess strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
Be enthusiastic about professional learning and contributing to the wider school community
