You even have the option to buy an extra week🎁 Birthday Delight: Take your special day off to celebrate YOU🚗 Free Parking💊 Health & Wellbeing programme; including critical illness insuranceThe Role ScopeWe are seeking an experienced and driven Manager of WMS & WLM Systems to lead the strategy, optimisation, and day-to-day operations of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Labor Management (WLM) platforms.✨System ManagementOwn the configuration, optimisation, and ongoing performance of WMS and WLM platforms (Blue Yonder)Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase system reliability, efficiency, and user experienceOversee system integrations with other internal and third party systemsPartner with IT and Third party vendors to manage upgrades, patches, testing, and issue resolution✨Team LeadershipLead and mentor a team responsible for WMS/WLM support,Establish KPIs and goals for the team, and ensure high-quality service delivery to warehouse operationsFoster collaboration across teams including operations, PMO and ITDevelop a cross trained team and plan for future team succession.✨Operational ExcellenceCollaborate with warehouse leaders to ensure WMS/WLM solutions meet operational needs and drive productivityAnalyse labor and operational data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for optimisationSupport onboarding of new facilities, including WMS/WLM deployments and training✨Strategic InitiativesLead or support large-scale projects including WMS implementations, warehouse expansions, and automation initiativesEvaluate new technologies and vendors to enhance warehouse performance and employee engagementDrive alignment between technology capabilities and business goalsAbout YouAbout you✨Experience in managing both In house Teams and third party System providers✨Extremely systems/data minded✨Strong Management skills - at a senior level✨Experience in a Logistics Environment / WMS Systems (Preferably Blue Yonder) / Resource Planning and KPI ManagementAbout UsAt MandM, our employees are driven by a shared commitment to excellence and making a real impact in the industry.
