- Executive Support (1:1) to the CEO: anticipate needs, manage communications, and serve as a trusted partner in prioritising time and tasks.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, manage projects, and ensure smooth business operations
- Project Management: Lead and supports key business initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company goals
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with senior stakeholders, clients, and internal leaders, ensuring aligned communication and smooth engagement.
- Meeting Support: Organise internal/external meetings, including agenda setting, note-taking, and action tracking.
- Office Operations: Book meeting rooms, assist with event setup, and serve as the go-to person for ad hoc business tasks.
- Proven experience as an EA, Chief of Staff, or hybrid role supporting C-suite executives.
- Impeccable organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive, calm approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, agile, and often ambiguous environment.
