Permanent | Hybrid 2 days per week (London-based) | Leading Healthcare RegulatorA leading healthcare regulator is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide proactive support to their Chief of Staff and wider private office on an initial 6 month FTC.About the roleIn this pivotal position, you will:
  • Manage the Chief of Staff’s complex diary and inbox, ensuring effective prioritisation of multiple demands with discretion and organisational awareness.
  • Organise meetings, travel, accommodation, and events for the Chief of Staff.
  • Prepare agendas and take accurate minutes for key meetings, following up on agreed actions promptly.
  • Support the business management of the directorate to ensure smooth operational delivery.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the Chief Executive and Registrar, including document preparation and meeting coordination.
  • Act as a professional liaison for senior stakeholders and visitors, ensuring all interactions are handled sensitively and efficiently.
About youTo excel in this role, you will have:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leaders (Director or CEO level) within a complex organisation.
  • Excellent diary and inbox management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a professional, confident approach when liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work discreetly with highly sensitive information.
  • A proactive, flexible, and diplomatic mindset, with the confidence to make decisions and anticipate needs.
