  • Provide tailored support to pupils, both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
  • Assist with the preparation of classroom materials and daily activities.
  • Help pupils develop their independence, communication, and social skills.
  • Monitor and document pupil progress, providing feedback to the class teacher.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies.
  • Supervise pupils during breaks and lunch periods.
  • Uphold all safeguarding protocols to ensure the safety and welfare of every child.
What We're Looking For
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • A current Child DBS on the update service.
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in an SEN environment.
  • A calm, resilient, and compassionate nature.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
