- Lead and support the team of nurses and care staff
- Oversee clinical practice and care planning for all residents
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are consistently met
- Conduct clinical audits, medication rounds, and staff supervisions
- Act as the lead nurse for complex clinical decision-making
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN) – essential
- Previous experience as a clinical lead, nurse manager, or senior nurse
- Strong clinical knowledge, particularly in older adult and dementia care
- A confident leader who can motivate, support, and develop the nursing team
- Commitment to delivering outstanding, compassionate care
- Organised, approachable, and driven
