They specialise in complex care services and are dedicated to supporting their service users with the highest standards of care across various regions.As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the implementation and management of complex care packages.
  • Conducting new client assessments and leading team meetings.
  • Performing medication and clinical audits for compliance.
  • Providing clinical supervision and competency sign-off for nurses.
  • Liaising with the multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.
  • Offering standard and emergency support to regional care functions.
  • Supporting service delivery in line with person-centred care plans.
  • Ensuring care staff are trained in personal care and specialist equipment use.

The ideal candidate for the Paediatric Clinical Lead role will have:
  • Registered Nurse (Paediatrics) or Midwife with valid NMC registration.
  • Experience in complex care, including tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal and brain injuries.
  • Community experience working with both paediatrics and adults.
