
Payroll Executive

- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll end-to-end production for various clients in accordance with statutory regulations within payroll deadlines and requirements
- Servicing multiple clients as part of a team effort to deliver excellent service to our clients by actively engaging in Client Surveys, KAM and internal audits
- Contributing to your team's growth by actively seeking new opportunities with your client base including HR services, People Manager and Hot Topic Items
- Ensuring you have up to date knowledge of statutory and legislative regulations by attending in-house training courses
- Generating payroll reports, P45s etc., using our in-house systems and Microsoft Excel
- Submitting reports to HMRC via RTI
- Managing client billing
- Completing any other ad hoc duties as required
- Practical experience of payroll calculations, deadlines & knowledge of UK legislation requirements
- Strong numerical abilities & proven experience in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Passion for excellent customer service and maintaining quality relationships
- Knowledge of month end & year end returns
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with individuals at all levels
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills, ensuring stringent deadlines are met
- Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
